The Indiana Propane Gas Foundation is NOW accepting applications for the 2019 Rebate Safety Appliance program. Once funds are available for distribution, all rebates will continue to be processed on a first come, first served basis until the funds are depleted.

All applications must include a leak check service dated after January 1, 2019, in order to qualify for the rebate program, and the appliance must be purchased in 2019.

ALL rebate forms must be submitted by your Professional Propane Dealer, we no longer accept applications mailed directly from the customer, any applications that are received by a consumer - will be returned to your Professional Propane Dealer. 

ALL applications must include the following:

  • Completed rebate form, signed by both the Customer and Professional Propane Dealer.
  • Copy of paid receipt for purchased appliance
  • Leak Check Section of application MUST be completed

ALL Rebates will be issued in the amount listed below for only NEW propane appliances (dual fuel units are not eligible):

  • $300 - Furnace
  • $200 - Water heater


Reminder, once rebate funds are depleted, rebates will not be issued by IPGF and cannot be carried over for next year.

Please remember that any application with out-of-date leak checks or missing information on documentation will be denied and not be processed.
