Attend IPGA Day at the State Capitol


The IPGA will be hosting a State Capitol Legislative Day on March 12, 2019 in Indianapolis, IN. The tentative schedule is as follows:

8:30-10:00 am: Committee Meetings

10:00-11:30 am: Legislative Visits

11:30-1:00 pm: Lunch at Capitol

1:30-3:00 pm: Board and Membership Meeting

Please plan to join the association on this important day as we discuss the issues important to the propane industry with key policymakers.

Registration:  There is no registration fee to attend but the IPGA  requests you complete a registration form to provide an accurate lunch count.

Embassy Suites is offering a special rate of $159.00 on the night of Monday, March 11, 2019 for the IPGA Day at the State Capitol event.  Please make reservations before February 9, 2019 to ensure you receive this special rate.

IPGA serves as your representative to the Indiana General Assembly and liaison with key government agencies such as:

  • Indiana Department of Environmental Management
  • Indiana Department of Transportation
  • Indiana Department of Revenue
  • Indiana State Fire Marshal
  • Indiana Department of Commerce
  • Internal Revenue Service
  • United States Department of Transportation

During the Indiana legislative session, IPGA sends out legislative reports on a weekly basis. If a situation occurs which requires that members be immediately notified, legislative alerts are emailed to members.
