Propane Exceptional Energy Powers the Giant Hot Air Balloon Race

Every year hundreds of thousands of people attend the Indiana State Fair in August. For the past hundred years the State Fair has been part of Indiana history, and has been traditionally opened with the Giant Hot Air Balloon Race since 1975. The Indiana Propane Gas Foundation (IPGF) is the proud sponsor of this event. Propane is the energy source behind these beautiful balloons.

The "hare" balloon, that leads the fields of competing balloons, stands out with its "Propane Exceptional Energy" banners.
